At Pinot & Points, we help you make the most of your points and miles – without spending hours researching flights or feeling like you need a masterclass in redemptions.  No spreadsheets, Reddit threads, or late-night research spirals required. Here’s how our process works:

1. Choose Your Service

Pick the package that fits your travel goals, whether you're planning a quick domestic getaway or a luxury bucket-list adventure. Not sure which one to select? Please reach out to us at inquiries@pinotandpoints.com for guidance.

2. We Craft the Strategy

Based on your points balances, travel preferences, and trip goals, we’ll research and curate the best award flight and/or hotel options—maximizing value and minimizing stress. You’ll receive personalized booking instructions for each recommendation.

3. You Make the Booking

You’re the only one with secure access to your points and miles, so you’ll make the final booking using our step-by-step guide. Most bookings can be completed in just a few clicks. Important: Award deals are time-sensitive and limited, especially for lie-flat business or first-class seats. Acting fast ensures you lock in the best redemption before it’s gone.

4. Champagne Problems

Some services include support, revisions, or add-ons—like lounge access tips or hotel searches in additional cities. You can always top off your package if you need more guidance.

REFUND POLICY

At Pinot & Points, each booking involves custom research and personalized strategy. We value your trust—and our time. To keep things clear and fair, here’s our policy:

General Policy

All services are non-refundable once work has begun, with limited exceptions as outlined below in The Pinot Pledge. If you have questions before booking, we encourage you to reach out to ensure the selected package fits your needs: inquiries@pinotandpoints.com.

The Pinot Pledge

For packages that include award searches (Rosé Route, Sip & Stay, Juicebox Journey, Champagne & Caviar), we guarantee a full refund if no eligible award flights or hotels are available within the parameters provided at the time of intake.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Swirl Session (Consultation)– Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.– No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Award Booking Packages– If you cancel before any research begins, a 50% refund may be issued.– Once award research has started, the package is non-refundable, even if you choose not to book the options provided.
  • Add-On Services– All add-ons (Top-Offs) are non-refundable once delivered.

Booking Timeliness

Award redemptions are highly dynamic and availability can change quickly. If you delay booking based on a provided itinerary and availability expires, a new search may require an additional fee. We cannot guarantee availability beyond the initial delivery window, but if your redemption is not available within the 24-hour period after the initial delivery, we will provide another search free of charge.  

Modifications

Some packages include a set number of revisions depending on the service. Additional revisions can be added as a Top-Off. Revisions do not include full reworks due to changing travel plans, destinations, or point balances after intake.
